We work hard for you to enjoy our products. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return the item on the spot.

The courier will wait a maximum of 10 minutes for you to decide. Once the courier leaves your door we will not be able to accept exchanges or refunds except for special occasions.

Unless you have a free shipping voucher delivery fees have to be paid in all situations.
